A manufacturing company in Kedah, Malaysia is seeking a Purchasing Executive to manage purchase activities and supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have a Post Graduate Diploma and fluency in English, Mandarin, and Malay. Responsibilities include maintaining purchase documents, reviewing supplier performance, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of related working experience.
• Preferably Senior Executive specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Malay.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all company purchase documents.
• Handle local and overseas purchase activities.
• Source reliable suppliers offering good quality, service, delivery, and reasonable pricing.
• Review supplier performance periodically.
• Ensure materials are delivered on time.
• Coordinate with forwarding agents for smooth customs clearance.
• Manage Import Duty Exemption and related documents.
• Prepare Supplier Monthly Evaluation Reports.
• Issue Purchase Orders to approved suppliers.
• Source RoHS materials and manage compliance.
