Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled purchasing professional. Responsibilities include negotiating quotations, monitoring deliveries, and coordinating supplier communications. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing field in pharmaceutical/food/manufacturing industry.
• Able to communicate with Mandarin speaking suppliers is a bonus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate quotations and verify purchase orders.
• Monitor on-time delivery and ensure quality purchases.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding complaints and audit arrangements.
