Strategic Project, Business Development - SPX Express

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

  • Develop, implement, and execute business development and growth strategies to support organizational objectives.
  • Identify, design, and implement solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.
  • Lead end-to-end stakeholder management, including project planning, coordination, and successful roll-out of initiatives.
  • Manage and execute ad-hoc projects and assignments with high efficiency and accuracy.
  • Track and analyze project performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and automate cyclical reporting and updates on progress.
  • Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field (e.g., Business Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Self‑driven with a proactive and hands‑on approach to execution.
  • Well‑versed with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Preferred – Proven project management experience, preferably in fast‑paced or dynamic environments.
  • Preferred – Prior involvement in the full spectrum of project lifecycle from framework design up to execution.
