Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in property development, project planning or coordination.
• Strong knowledge of architectural and ID drawings.
• Familiar with local regulations and authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-project planning from concept to approval.
• Review architecture and ID drawings; highlight design issues.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and contractors.
• Prepare project budgets, schedules, and feasibility assessments.
• Manage developer submission procedures and authority approvals.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation plans.
