Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in production planning within manufacturing.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong background in demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.
• Knowledge in GMP, HACCP, ISO/FSSC is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall production planning and scheduling.
• Manage raw materials and finished goods inventory.
• Analyse data, demand trends, and historical performance.
• Resolve planning challenges including production delays.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Present performance reports and planning insights to management.
