Our client, a property development company with diverse other business nature is looking for aStrategic Operations Lead, who will play a key role in the development, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives that align with the company’s long‑term goals. This role requires a dynamic, results‑driven individual who can lead high‑priority cross‑functional projects, manage operational processes, and support executive leadership in achieving organizational objectives. Job Description
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Lead the development, implementation, and tracking of strategic initiatives that drive business growth and organizational success.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure all strategic initiatives align with the company’s long‑term goals and vision.
- Regularly monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, adjusting plans and strategies as needed.
Project Management
- Oversee and manage high‑priority, cross‑functional projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate efforts across departments, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and projects remain on schedule.
- Maintain a focus on efficiency, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Communication
- Serve as a vital communication link between leadership and other departments, ensuring smooth information flow and alignment across all levels of the organization.
- Work closely with departments to clearly communicate strategic goals, priorities, and any updates or changes.
- Prepare and deliver internal communications that convey the progress of strategic initiatives and projects to relevant stakeholders.
Operational Oversight
- Manage and streamline daily operations, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to improve organizational performance.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize processes, ensuring effective execution of business strategies across departments.
- Continuously monitor operational performance, ensuring strategies and workflows are executed in the most efficient manner possible.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful collaboration on key projects and initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders regarding project progress, strategic alignment, and operational concerns.
- Work with external partners to ensure that strategic objectives are met and that the company’s goals are supported externally.
Skills and Qualification
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and contribute effectively to multiple, simultaneous initiatives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
- At least 8 years of experience in a corporate setting, preferably with a background in strategy, project management, or operations.
- Willingness to travel as required for meetings, project oversight, and collaboration with external partners.
