Job summary

Sandisk is seeking a senior Strategy & Operations professional to partner with the COO and senior leaders to shape and drive initiatives across the business. You will scope, analyze, and test hypotheses, delivering insights and actionable recommendations.

You will lead projects end-to-end, manage stakeholders, and push for operational excellence with a bias toward action, while maintaining strong communication across functions and levels.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from top tier university (MBA, MS), bachelor’s degree in STEM or business discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting from tier 1 strategy consulting firm.
• 5+ years of experience in high technology industry required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders and teams to identify opportunities that drive strategy and operational excellence
• Independently lead projects, workstreams from scope framing through implementation by applying problem solving, practical judgment, and stakeholder management
• Support execution, manage progress, and ensure sustainability of initiatives
• Have significant exposure to senior leaders
