Job summary

Flex is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst based in Bukit Minyak, Malaysia, to interface with customers on strategic materials for key accounts. You will drive cost and pricing strategies, manage supplier interactions, and develop supply assurance plans to optimize gross material margins.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in finance or supply chain, a background in electronics OEM processes, and strong data analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, supply chain or related field.
• 5+ years in finance, materials sourcing, or supply chain design/management.
• Understanding of cost accounting and price trends in electronics.
• Experience with OEM product development processes.

Responsibilities

• Drives sourcing/pricing strategies in materials quotations.
• Presents materials value-add to customers or suppliers and promotes Flex preferred suppliers.
• Interacts with customers/suppliers on new project start-up for cost ownership issues.
• Develops and guides implementation of flexibility and supply assurance plans.
• Manages component cost/price regionally and globally.
• Tracks material financial performance and initiates corrective actions.
• Defines and implements pricing and costing strategies.
