Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer (Building Materials) in Johor Bahru to drive growth across Malaysia. You will promote logistics services—air and sea freight, customs brokerage, cross-border trucking, warehousing, and value-added solutions—and report to the Japanese Sales & Marketing Manager.

You will build relationships with key accounts, develop new leads, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time, profitable shipments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Solid understanding of Incoterms, customs clearance workflows, and import/export compliance.
• Strong business acumen with proactive, solution-focused negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and lead generation across Malaysia in logistics services.
• Promote services: air/sea freight, customs brokerage, cross-border trucking, warehousing, and value-added solutions.
• Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution.
• Report to the Japanese Sales & Marketing Manager and meet sales KPIs.
