The ideal candidate will have extensive legal experience and a strong background in EPCC contracting and corporate governance, ensuring compliance across various jurisdictions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Admitted to the Malaysian Bar with a valid practising certificate.
• Minimum 12–15 years of progressive legal experience including 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Strong exposure to EPCC contracting and clean energy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Legal Advisor to the CEO, Board, and Senior Management.
• Lead all corporate legal matters including company secretarial oversight.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations and ESG standards.
