Job summary

A leading global foodservices company is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage strategic accounts such as Food Service Chains and Hotels in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of account management experience. Responsibilities include delivering profitable business, negotiating terms, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role involves significant travel, up to 70% of the time, to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant Account Management/Field Sales experience.
  • Currently an AKAM or KAM preferred, with diverse key account management experience.
  • Relevant industry experience in Foodservice or Retail-Consumer Foods.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop strategic key accounts within a defined geography.
  • Deliver and retain profitable business with chain customers.
  • Negotiate business terms for each customer.
