• Proactively arrange and attend meetings with customers to understand their requirements.
• Gather and analyze information on competing products and market pricing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare tailored supply proposals.
• Lead negotiations with customers on pricing and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with the supply chain team for production and shipment schedules.
• Notify customers about shipment arrival and ensure smooth delivery.
• Arrange quality assurance inspections during production.
• Monitor customer payment behavior and ensure timely collections.
• Manage rolling forecasts and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Propose new product options to customers for cost benefits.
