Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably with exposure to Modern Trade / Key Account Management.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and resolve challenges proactively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop account strategies and identify growth levers for each Key Account to achieve sales targets.
  • Execute sales plans and trade marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Expand customer base and identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage DSO to ensure collections within 60 days.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations.
  • Conduct market surveys and analyze trends to provide reports.
