Job summary

Bank Negara Malaysia is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead project strategy, planning and execution for software development and IT infrastructure initiatives. You will collaborate with IT and business leaders to manage scope, timelines, budgets and quality, ensure delivery within policies, and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.

A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and 3–5 years of IT project management experience

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
3–5 years as IT project manager for software or infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of Cloud Technology, Agile and SDLC methodologies.

Responsibilities

Develop project strategy and business case; align with IT/business management.
Plan, monitor, and manage activities, resources, quality, and budget.
Identify and prioritise projects by ROI, productivity, and compliance; advise on risks.
Review requirements and IT solution design for cost‑effective, robust delivery.
Collaborate on procurement activities, contracts, and cost tracking.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies to optimise IT services.
Build strategic relationships with external experts and IT organizations.
