The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of HR experience, including significant expertise in Malaysian industrial relations, and will lead talent acquisition and manage employee relations. Qualifications

  • 8+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years as HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
  • Proven expertise in Malaysian Industrial Relations and employment law.
  • Experience in unionized environments is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to department heads.
  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for roles.
  • Manage industrial and employee relations.
  • Design and implement performance management systems.
  • Promote a culture of safety and excellence.
