A growing group in Malaysia is seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to collaborate with the Executive Director. This role involves shaping people strategies to align with business goals, enhancing employee engagement, and managing HR systems. Successful candidates should have over 8 years of HR experience and strong stakeholder management skills. The position requires effective communication across diverse teams and travel between locations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a strategic HRBP or HR Manager capacity.
  • Able to build rapport across diverse teams and communicate effectively in a multi-language environment.
  • Hands-on and mobile, comfortable traveling between HQ and branch locations.
