The ideal candidate will have proven experience in HR functions and a solid understanding of Malaysian labour law. Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay is required to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce. This role is essential for implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals and improving workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of disciplinary procedures.
  • Proven experience as HR officer or administrator.
  • Knowledge of HR functions including pay and benefits.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Implement HR policies that align with organizational goals.
  • Manage recruitment processes including job descriptions and ad postings.
  • Develop training and development programs.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Support compensation and benefits programs.
  • Handle employee relations issues and payroll processing.
  • Manage foreign permits and agency agreements.
