Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Post recruitment information and participate in interviews.
• Manage employee onboarding, probation, and resignation.
• Formulate and manage compensation policies and employee welfare.
• Organize and implement employee training plans.
• Assist in establishing performance assessment systems.
• Handle labor disputes and maintain harmonious relations.
• Oversee daily administrative affairs and compliance.
• Prepare HR-related reports for decision-making.
• Complete other HR tasks as required.
