Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Act as business partner, strategic solution provider, advisor and counsellor for the leadership team.
  • Implement and support programs for employee advocacy, ethics, and company philosophy.
  • Understand critical HR issues and design programs to address them.
  • Oversee recruitment, staffing, compensation, performance management, communication, employee engagement, and talent development.
  • Regulate training management and organize training activities.
  • Develop managers at all organizational levels.
  • Understand legal requirements and related policies.
  • Support operation systems and manage operator engagement.
  • Handle administrative management tasks.
  • Complete other project work as assigned.
