Job summary

A recruitment agency in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced HR Manager to manage the complete HR lifecycle, including payroll and recruitment, while ensuring compliance with local laws. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include overseeing onboarding/offboarding, administering training programs, and enhancing employee relations. Familiarity with expatriate processes and local regulations is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete HR lifecycle, including Payroll and Recruitment.
  • Ensure smooth HR daily operations.
  • Administer Training & Development programs and handle expatriate matters.
  • Coordinate renewal of GPA, GHS, and Life Insurance.
