You will develop strategic plans for manufacturing expansion, manage cross-functional teams, and oversee key projects including factory setup and automation upgrades. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with a strong background in P&L management and process optimization. This is a full-time role based in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years senior management experience in manufacturing.
• At least 5 years in a General Manager or equivalent role.
• Familiar with ISO9001, IATF16949, and EHS standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall business operations and P&L performance.
• Develop and execute long-term strategic plans for manufacturing expansion.
