A leading staffing and recruitment agency is looking for a Finance Business Partner in Malaysia. This role focuses on partnering with sales leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights that drive business strategy. Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience in finance, particularly in FP&A, and ideally come from the IT or tech sectors. Strong financial modeling and communication skills are essential for influencing business decisions and driving performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Finance, with 3 years in FP&A or Commercial Finance.
• Prior experience in IT, Tech, SaaS, or Telecommunications sectors is preferred.
• Confident, articulate, and capable of engaging with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to drive financial performance.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan and quarterly re-forecasts.
• Review and approve terms for commercial contracts.
