Job summary

A sustainable transformation solutions provider in George Town, Penang is seeking a Finance Executive to support the finance team in managing accounting operations, reporting, budgeting, and taxation. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of audit experience and 3-5 years of commercial finance experience. Proficiency in SQL and Epicor, along with good attention to detail and communication skills, is required. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to timely financial processes and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years audit experience, preferably from a recognized firm.
• 3-5 years commercial finance experience in reporting, budgeting, or tax.
• ACCA/MIA/CPA certification is an added advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure accurate accounting entries and reconciliations.
• Support external audits by preparing documentation.
• Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare and submit SST, corporate tax, and other filings.
