Job summary

A leading global ICT solutions provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled Account Manager to manage Oil & Gas and Energy Named Accounts. The role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in the ICT/Telecommunication industry, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to formulate successful marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with customers and teams to drive revenue growth, maintain decisive relationships, and report to senior management. Occasional travel will be required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years experience in ICT/Telecommunication industry with good personal relationships.
  • Sound knowledge in ICT Solutions and Services.
  • Experience in managing Oil & Gas and Energy Named Accounts in Malaysia is preferred.
  • Positive mindset, result-oriented, high initiative, high execution and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key customers in major local and multinational companies.
  • Formulate and deploy Sales & Marketing Strategy with the Head of Department.
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, internal sales support and services teams.
  • Own key projects and maintain full customer relationships with decision-makers.
  • Review market situations and provide periodic reports to senior management.
