Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in demand planning or related role in consumer goods, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong business proficiency in both English and Bahasa Melayu or Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proven experience as a Demand Planner using Advanced Planning software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data and statistical models.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and provide insights on demand trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and regional S&OP Manager on forecast opportunities.
