Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years in cost control or financial management.
• Proven cost analysis, variance analysis, and cost reduction experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel.
• Experience leading accounting/finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor cost control strategies to optimize spending.
• Analyze cost variances and prepare variance reports.
• Manage budgeting process including preparation, monitoring, forecasting.
• Prepare financial analyses and cost reports for senior management.
• Maintain cost accounting records and internal controls.
• Lead and mentor cost accounting team.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits of cost data and financial records.
• Drive continuous improvement in cost management processes.
