Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to all operational functions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to high standards.
• Champion operational efficiency across the organization.
• Play an integral role in Business Development for tender preparation and pricing strategies.
• Oversee resource planning, budget development, and financial monitoring.
