Qualifications

• University degree in logistics, economics, or business administration, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Solid knowledge of logistics, including contract logistics, warehousing and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial activities and negotiations with external partners.
• Build and maintain a strong portfolio of logistics service providers.
• Implement new solutions with the team and drive day-to-day performance against KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, cost drivers and legal frameworks; translate insights into action.
• Develop annual action plans with service providers to achieve objectives and measurable results.
• Ensure compliance with agreements, IWAY standards, and internal processes.
