Job summary

TFP Retail Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Analyst/Executive to implement and support business and financial reporting across multiple departments in Malaysia. The role focuses on developing standard reporting for sales, stock, waste and admin metrics, and identifying improvement opportunities through performance analysis.

You will work across departments to highlight areas for enhancement, participate in ad hoc projects, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Identify problems and opportunities within a company and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business' goals.
• Identify improvement to current business processes and develop new processes for new business requirements.
• Measures performance throughout every channel and department.
• Develop standard reporting for key business result like sales performance, stock holding analysis, waste and admin processing.
• Highlight to superiors on opportunity areas for improvement through store ranking reports, week on week improvement/deterioration, departmental trackers etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• To adhere and enforce all Company’s policies and procedures.
• Undertake/participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
