Qualifications

• 7–10 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
• Trilingual: Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the CEO with daily operations and growth initiatives.
• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth.
• Conduct market research and provide insights for decision-making.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Produce and maintain high-quality reports and presentations.
