Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Penang location preferred.
• Experience promoting products to distributors, OEMs, retailers and direct clients.
• Experience delivering product demos and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Promote ELEXER products to distributors, OEMs, retailers, and direct clients.
• Conduct product demos and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Provide after-sales support and coordinate warranty/service requests.
• Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis.
• Maintain accurate sales records via CRM or internal tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Work with R&D and marketing teams to tailor offerings based on customer needs.
• Provide feedback on product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness.
