1. Receiving & Inspection
- Receive incoming LED modules, cabinets, power supplies, receiving cards, and other materials.
- Verify quantities and product conditions against delivery orders and packing lists.
- Report any damaged or missing items immediately.
2. Warehouse & Stock Management
- Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory system.
- Ensure all items are properly labelled, stored, and arranged to prevent damage—especially sensitive LED components.
- Monitor stock levels and notify the supervisor when replenishment is required.
- Perform periodic stock counts and assist with audits.
3. Order Picking & Packing
- Pick, pack, and prepare items for customer orders, project sites, and repair requests.
- Ensure correct model, pixel pitch, and quantities are prepared.
- Handle components using proper ESD and safety procedures.
4. Delivery & Driving Duties (As and When Needed)
- Deliver orders, spare parts, or equipment to customers, project sites, or logistics hubs.
- Transport staff or technicians to installation/repair sites when required.
- Ensure company vehicle is maintained in good condition, including cleanliness, fuel, and basic servicing checks.
- Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations.
5. Logistics Coordination
- Assist with coordinating shipments and pickups with local couriers or transport companies.
- Prepare delivery orders and ensure proper documentation for each outgoing shipment.
- Support import/export documentation when needed.
6. Warehouse Upkeep
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard‑free.
- Maintain racks, pallets, and storage systems properly.
- Ensure tools and equipment are stored neatly.
7. Support to Sales & Technical Teams
- Assist technicians in preparing materials for on‑site jobs or repairs.
- Help pack demo units or display sets for showroom/customer trials.
- Assist sales with checking stock availability.
8. Other General Duties
- Assist with simple testing of LED modules/power supplies when required (training provided).
- Carry out any additional warehouse or driving tasks assigned by the Technical Manager and Office Manager.
Job Requirements
- Responsible, well‑organised with strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Stock Control System.
- Average command of English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese is required.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to learn and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
