We are looking for a reliable and responsible Storekeeper to manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, organising, and issuing goods, ensuring accurate stock control, and maintaining proper documentation to support our sales and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming goods against delivery orders and invoices.

Arrange, label, and store items properly to ensure easy identification and retrieval.

Issue materials and products to customers to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory movements promptly.

Manage stock transfer from Head Office or other sales offices to ensure sufficient stock availability.

Ensure proper documentation of all warehouse inventory movement for records and traceability purposes.

Coordinate with the sales or supply chain team for timely stock replenishment.

Keep the warehouse area clean, organised and safe at all times.

Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.

Possess a valid Forklift certificate will be an added advantage.

1 – 2 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse operations.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel / inventory system).

Physically fit and able to handle daily loading/unloading tasks.

Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
