Job summary

A regional manufacturing company in Kedah is seeking a warehouse operator responsible for receiving and managing raw materials and finished goods. Candidates should have SPM or equivalent qualification with 1-3 years of experience. Key tasks include loading and unloading materials, verifying shipments, and maintaining stock accuracy. Attention to detail and multitasking abilities are essential. This role ensures efficient warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw materials and packing materials from vendors.
• Load and unload materials from lorries or containers.
• Verify quantities received against delivery orders.
• Allocate materials to the appropriate storage.
• Pick materials based on production orders.
• Control stock accuracy for raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain warehouse 5S and safety practices.

Job description

Job Function / Responsibilities / Authorities

1. Responsible for receiving Raw material, Packing material & etc. from vendor.

2. To loading & unloading materials from Lorry or container.

3. Verify & check the qty received between DO & Actual.

4. Allocate the Raw material, packing material to the store racking that required.

5. Picking Material base on the production order issue by planner.

6. Received Finished Goods from Production, refer to the Finished Goods Transfer Form, verify and check the Part Number, Description & Qty.

7. Picking Finished Goods for shipment base on the Shipment Notice from Logistic.

8. To loading the Finished Goods to the Lorry & Container.

9. During Picking Raw material, Finished Goods must follow the FIFO method.

10. Control the stock accuracy. (Actual VS Physical) for Raw Material & Finished Goods.

11. Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse 5S and Safety practices.
