Job summary

Miniso Winky (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Store Supervisor to drive sales, manage daily operations, and lead a frontline team across shifts. You will implement store strategies to boost traffic, ensure excellent service, and maintain visual merchandising standards.

The role involves training staff, meeting targets, administering store processes, and contributing to a positive, inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Developing store strategies to raise customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
• Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and top-notch visual merchandising standards.
• Provide insights on buying trends and customer needs.
• Assess training needs and build career path for store staff through performance appraisals.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Retails Area Manager.

Working hours: 10:00am – 6:30pm or 2:30pm – 10:00pm by shift
