Job summary

Ivy Lense in Rawang is seeking an inventory clerk to manage stock levels, perform data entry, and ensure smooth shipping processes. The role requires careful data handling, attention to detail, and adherence to company procedures to keep inventory accurate and shipments timely.

The successful candidate will handle stock arrangement, verify receipts and dispatches, and support daily warehouse operations in a small team environment located at The Reef Rawang.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using computers.
• Conscientious, efficient and diligent.

Responsibilities

• Handle the inventory item calculation section.
• Arrange stock.
• Check incoming and outgoing items.
• Pack and label the product in accordance with company procedures.
• Produce all shipping documentation to ensure items are transferred to the courier.
• Prepare parcels to be sent to customers.
• Data entry / store keeper.
• Related tasks.
