Location: DJI Pavilion KL

Responsibilities

• Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff
• Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability
• Training and overseeing new staff
• Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations
• Preparing detailed reports on staff schedule and other general reports
• Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of retail experience
• Self‑motivated, target driven and passionate in the sales & services industry
• The right attitude and interest to learn & grow in the retail industry
• Strong leadership skill, humble and willing to learn
• Must be fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Able to work on rotational shift & weekends
