Key Responsibility Areas

• Lead the team to achieve store sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Deliver an exceptional in‑store experience through engaging service, product knowledge, and visual presentation.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members to perform at their best and uphold Bath & Body Works’ brand values.
• Oversee daily operations including staffing, inventory management, and expense control.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by minimizing stock losses and conducting regular stock counts.
• Maintain operational excellence and compliance with company policies and standards.
• Foster a fun, inclusive, and ethical work culture that encourages teamwork and accountability.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably within beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
• Results‑oriented with a track record of achieving sales and operational goals.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Passion for customer experience and brand storytelling.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in retail or business management is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
