Job Requirements:

At least SPM/Diploma or must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Logistic Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field. (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Proficiency in MS Office & inventory software (Oracle)

Having knowledge in inventory systems, good problem solving skills and able to multitasking.

Required language(s) : BM / English / Mandarin.

We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking client.

Able to work independently, able to work in a team and follow instructions effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and track the receipt, storage, and timely movement of goods and materials.

Ensure and verify the quantity and condition of all incoming and outgoing goods, liaising with QA/QC where required.

Check and reconcile the accuracy of purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, received items, inventory records, and deliveries.

Monitor stock levels and stock accuracy, manage restocking of consumable items, and maintain optimal inventory levels using inventory systems.

Safeguard goods, including proper packaging and labeling, throughout storage and delivery until receipt by customers.

Arrange and coordinate local lorry deliveries and collections with customers and suppliers.

Adapt to and operate the barcode inventory system, ensuring accurate data updates.

Plan and manage manpower allocation, delivery scheduling, overtime control, and continuous improvement of warehouse operations, including container unloading, WIP handling, and delivery loading lead time.

Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity and performance.

Train, supervise, and guide store personnel to ensure efficient and compliant operations.

Work closely with relevant departments to ensure the accuracy of production output.

Ensure safety practices and housekeeping standards are consistently implemented to maintain a safe and comfortable working environment.
