Responsibilities

• Ensure the functions of purchasing & supplies in compliance with standards.
• Validate and generate all orders and supplies.
• Provide statistic support on Purchasing and Supplies to Department heads.
• Work with the Regional Purchasing Department for purchasing and stock control.

You are meticulous, with an eye for detail, and you ensure that every department has the equipment they require. You are organised and structured, you manage and prioritise your tasks with efficiency. You work with different departments and contribute to our overall success.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the functions of purchasing & supplies, in compliance with the standards and procedures as set out in village and by the Regional Purchasing Department
• Validate and generate all orders and supplies
• Provide statistic support on Purchasing and Supplies to all Department heads so they can administrate their activity
• Work with the Regional Purchasing Department for all the village’s purchasing and stock control activities
