Job summary

Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a recruitment and client services assistant based in Sibu. The role involves supporting marketing events, assisting clients with trade orders, opening new share trading accounts, and enabling margin facilities while staying updated on capital market trends.

The ideal candidate will hold a finance-related degree, have 1–2 years in stockbroking, with robust analytical skills and strong communication in English and BM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration or any equivalent.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in stockbroking industry.
• Well-versed in fundamental & technical analysis.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• CMSRL in dealing in securities to be obtained by shortlisted candidates.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and BM; Mandarin an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• To participate in marketing events for recruitment of new clients.
• To assist clients in execution of trade orders.
• To assist clients in opening of new share trading accounts.
• To facilitate clients in applying new share margin facility.
• Keep abreast with latest capital markets knowledge.
