Responsibilities

• Wash all soil dishes in dishwashing area.
• Supply clean plates for operational use.
• Maintain the dish machine and pot washing machine in a clean and polished condition.
• Clear all waste items from the kitchen area.
• Assist floor steward with inventory, pick-up stock and re-arranging chinaware.
• Clean kitchen and stewarding equipment.
• Perform weekly outlet cleaning as per schedule by superior.
• Perform soaking items as per schedule by superior.
• Report to superior on breakages and incidents that occurred in the kitchen.
• Report to superior in the event of any machine breakdown or fault for rectification works.
• Carry out daily assignments required during operation hours.
• Indicate any breakages in the breakages book if there are any breakages occurring in the outlet.
