Job description
Responsibilities

Assist Head of BP in planning, directing, and coordinating activities to meet targets in line with company policies and procedures.

Ensure achievement of key performance indicators and compliance with SOPs.

Business Development

Expand the Body & Paint network by identifying and onboarding potential business partners.

Develop and review operational standards to enhance service quality.

Build strong relationships with insurance companies, BP dealers, and contractors.

Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.

Drive improvement in PIP market share.

Process Improvement & Operational Support

Plan and implement effective marketing strategies for BP business growth.

Manage appointments, renewals, and terminations of BP dealers and contractors.

Develop incentive programs for staff and dealers to boost revenue and support sales teams.

Support outlets in achieving AMP targets and ensuring smooth operations.

Work location based in Sarawak.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in the automotive industry, particularly in service operations and Body & Paint business.
  • Proven leadership qualities: dedicated, diligent, tenacious, and performance-focused.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Independent, self‑motivated, and resilient in overcoming challenges.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a broad understanding of nationwide operational needs.
  • Analytical skills to interpret complex data and prepare management-level reports and presentations.
