AIXTRON SE is establishing a new manufacturing hub in Batu Kawan, Malaysia, and seeks an HR & Administration Manager to build the HR function from the ground up. This critical role involves recruiting talent, ensuring compliance with local laws, and fostering a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in international manufacturing companies is a plus.
• Comfortable interacting with all levels from technician to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement foundational HR strategy for start-up and growth phases.
• Design and improve HR policies, workflows, and employee handbook.
• Develop employer branding and local recruitment strategy.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment regulations.
• Conduct market benchmarking for salary and benefits structures.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employee relations matters.
