Job Description
- Responsible for the design, development, and optimization of stamping processes from new product development to mass production.
- Prepare stamping process plans, tooling requirements, and parameter settings to ensure production efficiency, quality stability, and cost control.
- Coordinate with tool designers and suppliers during mold development, trial, and modification.
- Analyze and solve production process issues to ensure smooth and stable mass production.
- Continuously improve stamping processes to enhance material utilization, reduce defects, and increase productivity.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in stamping process engineering (automotive or metal parts industry preferred).
- Familiar with stamping process principles, tooling design, and press machine operation.
- Experience with CAE simulation software (e.g., AutoForm, Dynaform) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands‑on experience in troubleshooting.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and process documents.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; proactive and responsible attitude.
Salary Range: RM 4,000 - 5,000
