A leading recruitment agency in Malaysia is searching for a Supply Chain Manager responsible for overseeing logistics, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of relevant experience and is proficient in SAP and data analytics tools. Responsible for overall supply chain management. Identify and mitigate logistics risks to prevent disruption in the supply chain
Manage relationships with key suppliers, contract manufacturers and logistics partners. Monitor and analyze supplier performance to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness
Track & analyze logistics performance metrics. Prepare weekly/monthly KPI report, monitor achievement status and risk.
Addressing internal/external customer issues and complaints and strive for continuous improvements.
Ensure adherence to trade regulations, custom compliance and internal policies
Possess at least bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
With 5+ years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing, logistics or distribution environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic supply chain environment, managing multiple priorities.
