In your new role you will:
  • Key player for Business management software (ERP solution) project roll-out and Change Agent for Finance track.
  • Perform cost savings verification and business case justification.
  • Provide and communicate relevant, precise and timely information/financial analysis to stakeholders.
  • Support funding activities, during application, monitoring, and reporting to internal and external stakeholder.
  • Representing Finance on Site project, responsible on budgetary control, liquidity planning, financial statement assessment, governance and compliance, insurance requirement, and supporting project team on finance related topics and processes.
  • Driving process improvement, through digital transformation.
  • Other ad hoc task as necessary, such as supporting audit requirement, costing methodologies and etc.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Degree in Accountancy/Finance or Professional Qualification in Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in related field, preferably with manufacturing industry and project management experience.
  • Well versed in accounting systems and processes. Knowledge in SAP, especially FICO module would be an added advantage.
  • Experience / knowledge in MS Excel, data visualization and business intelligence tool.
  • Independent and organized who is able to work within timeline.
  • Possess strong problem solving and data analytical skills.
  • A team player, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
