Job Description
  • Performing and carried out high quality of nursing care services as per standard operating procedure and policies.
  • Demonstrating operational knowledge of nursing procedure applicable to area of assignment.
  • Monitoring, recording and reporting changes in patient conditions and reaction or significant incidents.
  • Ensuring completion of all competencies and orientation checklist within stipulated time frame.
  • Maintaining accurate, complete healthcare records and reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification
  • 2 years of experience in related fields.
  • Current registration and valid practicing certificate with the Malaysian Nursing Board
  • Possess good clinical skills and knowledge including proficiency in administering medications, providing wound care, and interpreting patient monitoring data
  • Able to commit to 3 shifts (a.m. / p.m. / midnight shifts, rotational)
