Renesas Electronics seeks a Staff Manufacturing Specialist to deliver Test Operations and Engineering support after manufacturing release. You will drive OEE, yield, and cycle-time improvements across Asia, coordinating with global teams and internal/outsourcing sites in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore.

Requires a bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronic/Computing and 7+ years in HV semiconductor test, with experience on major ATE platforms, plus VB/C++ programming and strong problem-solving abilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computing or related engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in High Volume Semiconductor Test Manufacturing or Test Product Engineering.
• Experience with major ATE tester platforms (Teradyne ETS364/Flex/ETS800, Advantest 93k, SPEA and Cohu).
• Strong problem-solving abilities (8D, Why-Why Analysis) and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Visual Basic and C++ programming.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with teams across regions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Test Operations and Engineering support post manufacturing release.
• Deliver operational excellence through cost reductions, OEE, yield and cycle time improvements to meet KPIs.
• Coordinate test capacity expansions and transfer from NPI to High Volume Manufacturing.
• Deploy new tester/handler technology and test solutions at sites.
• Drive margin improvement through testing efficiency and reliability improvements.
