Overview

In your new role you will:

• Test package generation for new products with medium complexity (software and/or hardware development)
• Test package optimization & sustaining and/or sub-cons technical support.
• Active participation in test concepts & methods (feasibility & realization in production testing).
• Responsible for test knowledge transfer to production, test package buy-off and documentation.
• Participate in new tester platform benchmarking.
• Reuse test package with Zero defects approach (IV leakage test, poka-yoke mixing, etc.)

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Semiconductor Technology).
• More than 2 years of experience in Semiconductor Testing with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) know-how.
• Experience in ATE measurement equipments (oscilloscope, thermostream, prober/handler basic operation).
• Experience with basic programming knowledge (e.g. Visual Basic, C++ and/or LabVIEW, Phyton).
• Statistical data analysis.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Sound knowledge in schematic/electronic circuitry interpretation.
• Good aptitude in engineering analysis, problem solving and solution finding.
• ETS88D tester familarization will be added advantage
